Special Events

Prior to your event, VIIP will support your establishment with the completion and submission of your application to the local regulatory agency. The day of the event, VII Principles will arrive during set up and provide support for your establishment’s managers and chefs, liaise with your local health department, and ensure your compliance. A food establishment, preparing and serving food to the general public, must be found compliant by the health department in order to participate in such special events.
